Answer Example
"I've been working in employment law for over five years, so I find issues in that area easy to address. I feel most challenged by situations in which there is no favorable outcome for my client. For example, one of my clients was involved in a case where they were going to have to either settle with the other party or have a judge determine the damages. Those are difficult decisions because both will negatively impact the client."
