The interviewer is asking this question in order to understand whether you have had any exposure to sales methods and how important they are to you. Spend a moment thinking about sales training that you have had, and be positive about your ability to create buying opportunities for your clients as you share."

My sales philosophy is an art that I have to a science. I will start with a good impression every time, and a good environment to discourage leaving. I will listen to all the needs and wants of the customer and show off the product and demonstrate how it meets their needs, then negotiate a price that influences a buy. I definitely would like to expand my knowledge in the sales area to become a stronger salesperson for Toyota.
