How to Answer
The interviewer needs to know if you have received any formal sales training in order to determine what additional training you might need once you begin your position. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to share with the hiring manager what you know about sales or service, and how the previous training can be used as a foundation for additional growth. Be positive and confident as you respond, and be sure to embrace any additional training that Toyota may offer.
