Toyota is no different than any other retail company. Without great customer service, Toyota would not be in business. The interviewer needs to know that you share this core value. Assure the interviewer that you take customer service seriously. Use an example of a time when you have gone over and above the general expectations to make a customer happy. Be sure to acknowledge the customer service efforts that Toyota puts forward.

"In my present position, I go above and beyond my customers' expectations by underpromising and over-delivering. I allot a certain amount of time for the car repair I am meant to finish, but I try to beat that time. I would rather conservatively estimate the length of time I will take and then deliver in full earlier than expected, than to sound impressive with a short turnaround only to under-deliver. I also commit to my follow-up calls. I always call a client when I say that I will. My customers appreciate my sense of responsibility and respect for their time."
