      "In my previous position, we were required to use all kinds of social media to increase sales. I have a smartphone and use it to make videos and send texts and emails along with making calls. I have a lot of experience in cold and warm calling. Many of my sales have come from great follow-up habits. I will also call previous buyers to up-sell on our maintenance services or to ask for referrals. I find that it's a lucrative way to spend any of my downtime."
