The interviewer wants to get a feel for whether you are planning to capture the vision of Toyota to make the world a better place. Your willingness to work for a company with social responsibility may indicate your level of engagement. This is a great time to share with the hiring manager any research you may have done. Share causes that are important to you, and be quick to highlight any that the company might have in common with you.
