I often traveled back, with my team members, to the same city or geographical location to install our software and train our clients after we had our sales blitz. This can be expensive and I suggested an alternative to avoid this unnecessary travel, as sometimes it was possible to have sales presentations the same week as installing and training. Typically, the company would fly in the whole team (for the week) for either sales presentations or for the subsequent installation and training. I arranged to have some of our team members install and train during the same week when others team members were to make sales presentations. This could not be done often; but when planned accordingly, we could schedule for both the sales presentations and the install and training in the same week. Thus, eliminating the additional travel expenses for our 10 person team to travel back to the same locale just weeks later.
