Public Speaking, I was in a position where I needed to conduct a lot of training with our commercial groups so I picked up those skills along with creating PowerPoint presentations and thinking of creative ways to keep technical information interesting. I also learned how to work with people from different cultures and use the strengths of our friends in other countries to grow our processes as well.
