But how exactly will you contribute and ensure that you're personally offering amazing customer service to the company's clients? By making sure everyone's taken care of before you leave for the day? Being knowledgeable about the company's products and services? Following up with customers? Being honest and polite with them? Making sure you get back to them quickly?

I think the best way I could contribute to the product management position is to develop a communication strategy to make sure customers have the information they need to reach out for important issues like tech support and on-site maintenance. It's also important in that role to make sure the on-site staff has the most up-to-date information about our products and services so they can advise the customer.
