I worked under my favorite manager at my first job in high school. I worked for Dr. Smith, a retired dentist, managing the maintenance of his 10-acre property. This included multiple gardens and all of the other landscaping work. He was patient while he taught me how to manage all of the work, often working side by side to teach me. He was also patient in answering my questions and always provided valuable feedback to help me do a better job.
