"The first semester of my freshman year was a very high-pressure time. I was adjusting to life in college, the coursework, and pledging a business fraternity. The business fraternity required me to meet personally and interview over 100 members during the pledge period. I found that sharing the challenge and stress I was under with the fraternity leaders allowed them to help me out with advice and guidance to help me better manage the process. I learned that it is okay to ask others for help"
