My exposure to the banking industry has come from conversations with my father, who spent 25 years in the investment and banking industries, and through articles he has shared with me. I also have banking connections on Linked In, and I stay up to date on the information posted there. Most of all, my experience as a consumer has shaped my views of the banking industry. I am a PNC customer who uses a debit card, but I am also a heavy user of Venmo. Sometimes I find myself asking friends about their experiences with banking, and it is interesting to see how young people view banking and money
