Why the Interviewer Asks This Question
Towards the end of every interview, your interviewer will be curious about how actively you take charge of your own development. It will also prove informative regarding your work ethic, as the questions you respond with stand to reveal the depth of your research on the company and whether you made every attempt to answer your questions on your own. It will inform them of how far ahead you are looking beyond this interview, and your scope of the big picture view with what working with them looks like. It also stands to reveal whether you've taken note of additional questions raised throughout the interview itself. And lastly, how original your questions are will reveal how outside of the box your thinking is.

If you really can't think of a question, you can always ask the interviewer about his or her personal experience at our organization."
