How you answer this question allows your interviewer to see how self-aware and determined you are as a professional, your critical thinking skills, and whether you have identified the key components to driving your own success. There isn't necessarily a right or wrong answer to this question, it should be individualized. Speak intelligently about your ideal working environment or conditions, how you navigate the challenges of those conditions not being met, and your awareness of the working environment EY offers.

Here is some advice offered by one of EY's Recruiting Leaders. "Think about the type of role you are looking for and where you want to work. Is there a specific type of work environment or culture that you are looking for? Is there a specific company or establishment you want to work for? Do some research on the internet to find out more about that company. Talk to people in the field or company you are interested in. Learn about the day-to-day responsibilities and think about how you would feel completing those tasks daily."

Throughout your interview, questions such as this will offer you opportunities to advertise how their value propositions appealed to you and drew you to pursue an opportunity with them. Not only does this appeal to them by showcasing which of their recruitment efforts are working, but it also reveals that you did your research, and genuinely identified this as a good fit for a long-term career opportunity.
