It's good that you mention your exposure to Bunnings as a customer. However, you don't touch on any specifics, other than being a customer and having an impression of it being a fun environment.
Whenever an interviewer is sifting through the applicant pool, they aiming to recruit the best of the best. Usually, those individuals have done their thorough homework on the company, their mission, and their core values. They embrace the culture of the brand, and to a degree, embody it. In order to convey this, an applicant must have a deeper understanding of what it is about their brand that specifically shapes that work culture into a fun environment, and how they deliver that customer experience which makes it a fun atmosphere to shop. Consider this when formulating your answer.
