At Bunnings Warehouse, customers need to know who they can turn to if they need help. Their easily identifiable uniforms help accomplish that goal. That uniform is a way to define you as a go-to source quickly. They want to ascertain whether you'll genuinely be willing to embrace representing their brand and have a collaborative and can-do attitude. Keep your answer positive and avoid speaking poorly about the practice surrounding uniforms. If there is any issue that prevents you from physically wearing one of their uniforms, such as an auto-immune disorder that prevents you from wearing certain fabrics, best to offer this now rather than suffer on the job later. Otherwise, express the can-do attitude they are hoping to hear.

No problem. In a past vocation, as a baker/pastry-cook, I was required to wear a full uniform for safety and hygiene. This included aprons, hats (hairnet), safety boots, white shirt, and chef check pants ...I became a wiz in the laundry.
