I would respectfully diffuse the situation quickly, as I have on many occasions when talking with aggressive and disrespectful parents of my students. I do this while still achieving the needs of both parents, students, and myself.
Should this not be possible, security may need to be called quietly, purely as a safety precaution, as a very last resort, to save face to the customer and Bunnings.
