Question 4 of 30

How have you made an impact on your team in the past?

"When I worked as a teacher, I was always encouraging the other members of my team. We developed a strong bond by committing to support each other through the challenges of dealing with difficult parents, students, and managing a heavy workload. I started a fitness group for my coworkers and we would spend 30-45 minutes after work every day doing exercises in the park. We were able to debrief from the day, and many of them lost weight and had a better attitude going home."
