How do you handle conflict?

I find remaining calm helps the situation a lot. Speak with the other person with respect and professionalism. Listen to the other person and understand their concerns and work out a plan to work on the conflict.

What major challenges and problems did you face at your last position?

Aggressive scaling in a down market.

I am currently employed, however there are some instances where I'm faced by a driver blowing out a tire while with a passenger inside, I was by myself that day and I remember what my trainee had said about these situation so I went on and completed the task at hand.

I have faced so many challenges but the toughest one is not getting a job but still smiling and doing more hard work to improve me day by day. Life is full of challenges. I have faced many challenges in my life. Sometimes I have failed and sometimes I have got success. I never bother about failures because it gives me experiences to face next challenges. I think life is a challenge itself. I have face so many problem in my life. But the point is that how to overcomes these problem. Achieve our goal.

As a guitarist I once had to learn a whole song to play with my group and I hate letting down people so I practiced everyday for about 3 hours a day to get it perfect.

I was a part of a group project in college. Everyone of us were from different backgrounds, had different interests and activities. During our initial meeting everyone was debating who could do what. I sat and listened and decided I would take the lead and then delegated responsibilities to each member.

My most difficult project was rebuilding an old car I worked hard on it put in many hours and read up one things I did not know how to do.

I do work well on team, ive been on sports teams through my youth and learned that by working togher anything is possible and everyone has their unique input to make a team stronger.

My greatest strength I would say is the ability to be patient at all times. I think Ill adapt well under pressure because I know how stressful this position can be.

Working late at night, putting work first at times and not family. Time management, not taking on to much at one time.

I would say my greatest weakness is not asking anyone for help is easily. I always try to achieve on my own but over the years I have tried to join many group related stuff an try to improve its still one of my weaknesses but I'm improving year over year.

My greatest weakness is not answering questions to quickly and not completely. I need to slow down and take more time and think things out.
