"I would describe myself as a versatile communicator. Depending on the situation, I can be assertive, easy-going, and I can also be firm. Most tasks that I handle or delegate are deadline-driven, so that calls for a lot of assertiveness. However, if I need to build rapport with the team, I can be more easy-going. If I'm negotiating with team members, or putting out fires, then I need to be more firm in my language and tone of voice."
