"I learned the importance of teamwork when I started playing team sports. If a teammate needs help, it is better to help than to see them struggle because it impacts all players. I use the same approach in my personal life and help snowplow my neighbor's driveway anytime it snows. She is much older and shouldn't be out there doing it herself. As a grocery bagger, I would do the same to help my co-workers."
