At this Toyota dealership, at times you will be privy to a customer's private information. Tell me about some of the ways you have safeguarded and protected a client's privacy.

"In my present position, I was required to take a customer's info down when filling out a credit application. We were not allowed to leave them lying around and always had to insure we had it in a folder, even when carrying it to the desk. I have been a victim of identity theft so I take this very seriously."
