"What a fun question! First, I'd invite Holden Caulfield from Catcher in The Rye. Honestly, I think that poor kid needed to be heard and understood, and what better way to rant to a captive audience than over a nice warm home-cooked meal? Next, I'd invite Leopold Bloom from James Joyce's Ulysses. There's a man who could probably help poor Holden. Lastly, I'd invite Mark Twain. I think he'd be able to offer some sound advice to both of those men. I'd serve them a British Curry with a small oak cask of ale propped in the center of the table. I think it would be a good time."

The interviewer asks this fun exit question to lower your guard and encourage some fun banter. It's intended to get one last glimpse at the 'real you' so they can have one final assessment of how well your personality would fit in with the rest of their team. It also provides you with a final opportunity to make this a memorable experience. After you answer, turn the question back to your interviewer, and see what they say.
