This question offers you an opportunity to circle back to some prior questions and elaborate on or retool some of your answers. Consider it a work ethic/communication test. If you were on the job, had communicated something one way to your supervisor and realized there was a better way to communicate your messaging, taking that extra step shows an investment in one's team and its functionality and also shows you're proactive in your approach. However, if you are satisfied with how things have gone so far, that's great. However, this question also aims to answer how accurate your level of self-awareness is. The interviewer wants to know if you see yourself as others see you and if you are capable of holding yourself accountable with an accurate level of self-awareness.
Stay conscientious of your communication and body language. Take notes throughout the interview of anything you feel you could have answered on previous question. Jot down any questions you have for the interviewer throughout the interview and add them to the questions you prepared prior to your interview.
