This is a straightforward question that allows you to answer either 'yes' or 'no' and then describe what this experience looked like if you answered 'yes.' If you have experience, talk about how you used your strengths and skills to teach others. If you don't have experience with training, you can share how you will demonstrate, listen, and observe others throughout the training process.
