"When I volunteered with a local mentor group, I found that the only application process for new mentors was a paper application. I did a few surveys and found that the paper application was an obstacle for many, and a few of my friends said they would be more likely to volunteer if there was an electronic application. I provided the feedback to the volunteer director, and together, we created an online application, and in three months, they saw the application rate increase by 10%!"

I noticed that in my current job (as tender engineer) that we needed a library for the studied project that could be shared with different departments. It needed to include all the lessons learned, a list of supplier contacts, the material prices, etc. This library helped us get more familiar with the new materials in the market and prices. It also allowed us to contact suppliers easily. There were many more benefits gained when we were able to share these documents clearly and easily.
Marcie's Feedback
It sounds like this library was very helpful. Did you initiate the creation and introduction of it? If so, make sure to indicate that and talk more about it. Your current reply explains how the library helped to make things more efficient, but it doesn't speak much about you. Don't forget to include and explain your role so the interviewer fully understands your contribution!
