What is your greatest strength? How will it help you make a difference at PepsiCo?

"I'm very organized and can multi-task many projects and assignments. I've attended school full-time, completed a part-time internship, and played intramural sports, so I've had a very busy schedule. I am never late to anything and keep myself organized through my calendar and weekly planning and prioritizing. This strength in my personal life will transfer well in my work at PepsiCo. I do not doubt that I will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and self-organizing skills are required to be successful."
