Think of the traits that helped you succeed in the past. You can draw from your experiences in school or activities if you lack work experience. Then, demonstrate your self-awareness by pointing out a strength that you've honed over the years. It is best to discuss a skill directly relevant to the role you're applying to at PepsiCo with a tangible example to boot.
