"I think enabling belonging for everyone starts with getting to know the people on your teams and understanding what inclusion means to them personally. In my experience, the definition of inclusion can be different for everyone and what might leave one person feeling supported would leave someone else feeling alienated. I would use this information to develop a collective vision of belonging that could work at the team level while staying in alignment with the company's vision for this goal.
The execution of this would vary and be customized to match the individuals within the team, but the core values behind it would be shared.
