"In my last job I was a program manager and I was responsible for mentoring and setting the work direction of two project managers. Additionally, I was responsible for the project-related feedback on their annual performance reviews.
We worked together to develop high-level strategies and met regularly to discuss resource needs, customer issues, and challenges. The PMs I managed came to me for the escalation of any project-related issues, and I met with their executive stakeholders regularly to ensure we collectively provided excellent customer service."
