"In my current role, I am responsible for customer service-related projects. This has included projects aimed at improving operations within our call centers and projects focused on marketing and sales analytics. I work with stakeholders across various groups such as operations, sales, marketing, etcetera. The projects I have responsibility for are executed by cross-functional teams and affect our customer base which is currently over five hundred thousand people. The budgets of the projects I have responsibility for range from several hundred thousand to two million.
Prior to that, I worked as an IT project manager managing custom application development for enterprise customers. I mostly worked on finance, accounting, and HR solutions developed by smaller teams."
