The budget for my team ranges from 500 thousand to one million depending on the length of the engagement. Additionally, I manage 200-400 thousand in contract resources. Some projects include purchases for equipment or other physical resources and that number varies each time. Also, I have recently managed several projects that lean on SaaS solutions, and I manage the budget for that as well. We spend $650,000 annually for service on that."
