      Remember To

Remember to include the process of reflection within your response. Answer Example

"It can depend on the type of project, but there are several standard activities I include. I ensure that all deliverables are complete and have been handed off to the client or stakeholders. I gather the numbers for the final spend and update the financial tracking accordingly. I work to ensure the resources I am working with are free and transitioned to whatever comes next for them. I also update any project management software I am using to indicate that the final stages are complete.

In addition to the administrative work, I hold a client or stakeholder meeting to gather feedback and ensure tie-up loose ends. I also hold a reflection meeting with the internal team to discuss our success and any commitments we need to make for improvement."
