No, I don't. I know a little bit of Spanish, however with the new technology we have I would be willing to work on learning another language.

This answer does a good job of pivoting away from a skill you don't have (speaking another language) to showcasing your willingness to learn something new.

I speak English fluently, and also very proficient in Greek. I also plan to travel to Greece before starting this role to hone my skills and reach "fluency".
Marcie's Feedback
Wow! That's an ambitious and impressive goal! Can you talk more about when/how you learned the Greek you already know? Do you have some connection to Greece? When is this trip planned for and why? Also, if you can connect this specific language to the company and/or role somehow, it will show the interviewer why it's beneficial for them that you speak it. Good job!
