This is a general question which the Amazon interviewer will use to get you talking, learn more about your background, and collect information they can use throughout the interview. "The cloud consists of IT infrastructure that is hosted off-site, typically by a third-party provider such as Amazon. It consists of hardware, software, storage, networking, and IT services. The cloud is managed by service providers, including AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, and others, and is accessed by users through various devices from virtually any location in the world."
