"I define success as a sales engineer through my sales targets in terms of quantity and quality. On the quantity side, I have exceeded my targets for the number of customers acquired year-over-year. The highest I exceeded my quota was last year at 33%. In terms of quality, I have consistently sold to high-profile customers with deal sizes almost doubling the median dollar size of my team. In addition, I also pride myself in my ability to maintain very positive relationships with clients and peers over the years."
