Currently I am responsible for reviewing invoices, time sheets, processing invoices, running errands, take customer service calls, order supplies, and provide support for the Executive Director and Operations Manager.

I had to send out mail to the clients and also do my other assignments.

I started my own program through the school district that serviced esl and struggling students. I had a one week dead line to find and order curriculums, set up student criteria, inform parents, set up class room and prepare lesson plans. I prioritized all duties what would take the longest to accomplish and set my timeline for 5 days in order to have extra time if something didn't work according to time line.
