Make it clear that you know what your weaknesses are, and you don't see them as a dealbreaker. Respond by including an example of what you are doing to improve that weakness.

"In my current position, most of our collaboration is done by updating documents and spreadsheets and communicating through email. The job description mentions that your teams track and manage their work through Asana. Even though I have not used Asana, I spent some time learning how user-friendly it is. I'm not afraid of learning new technology, especially if it helps me be more efficient."
