      "My work style is extremely flexible. Working on so many different experiments in my past role required me to be adaptive. All of my projects require collaboration with my lab teammates, so I use the team environment to check for errors. I'm a perfectionist and a driven worker, and my communication skills allow me to bring out the best in any team on any project."
