What You Need to Know
Listening skills are important; interviewers want to hear you describe yourself as a good listener. Remember that your words should correspond with the impression you make on the hiring managers. Listen carefully to each question during the interview. Do not interrupt in the middle of the sentence; make eye contact and speak directly. Demonstrating excellent listening skills in the interview is more important than boasting about them.
