Really try to show the interviewer how your strengths make you the best candidate for this role. When it comes to your weakness, discuss in more detail the steps you are taking to overcome it. Include an example that shows how setting reminders and rewriting directions have improved your ability to handle administrative tasks that you don't enjoy as much. Great job!
