"I applied here because my current employer is not going to expand. The owner is content with the one location and has expressed that he might sell in a couple of years. Many of the employees are part of the family, and I am looking for an opportunity that provides growth potential. I know you have many locations with plans to grow, and I want to be a part of that growth."
