"Even though I've been a banquet manager for a couple of years, I know that I can continue to grow to be a more effective manager. I continue to look for ways to train the staff and improve customer service scores. Currently, our overall banquet experience is at 92% for the year. Even though I celebrate that score with the team, I also work with my managers to improve that score."
