Answer Example
"Unfortunately, I have. When I took over the banquet department, the previous banquet manager did not hold the staff accountable when it came to the uniform standard. Unfortunately, many servers wore white socks instead of black socks, and it did not project a polished look that our clients came to expect. My boss wanted me to address it immediately and discipline any server that was not adhering to the standard. I devised a plan that involved pricing the cost of socks at the local Walmart and created a countdown for 14 days (because the staff would receive two paychecks during that time). My boss approved the plan, and the staff adhered to the standard."
