I have all the materials and ingredients that I need for those pastries out.
Well, I think to be organised I will need to learn the different types of breads and products sold, which I've looked into already by looking onto the website.
When I'm done with an ingredient or a utensil, I put it away or put it in the sink to be washed. I cannot work in a cluttered space.
Don't think about. I just do it. I know what to get done in a bakery I have experience ok.
Let to do fast and must control the time untill to finish.
When I baking I managed time.
