The cake decorator didn't show up to work and she had a wedding cake to do. I had an hour and a half to do my job and get the wedding cake done before the customer came to pick it up. I ended up having to multi-task like when the cake was in the freezer crumb coating I would package baked goods. I have been working in a bakery for a few years and know how to prioritize things.
