"Inclusion to me not only means accepting people's race and gender but also their personality. Even if we disagree with someone's point of view or don't share the same hobbies we should always make at least some time to converse or hang out with them.

What can impede inclusion is laughing or trivializing other people's opinions/ideas both professionally and socially. So to be inclusive, always show respect to what people have to say unless it is overtly intolerant/offensive."
