Rachelle's Feedback
I recommend being acutely aware of the way a question is worded, before jumping into an answer. This particular question asks 'do you consider yourself to be...' and instead, what is delivered is a 'lesson' on what a pilot should be. It's a small, simple change in framing but a very important one. I've provided an example, below.
"I consider myself to be one of the most dedicated professionals that I know. As a professional pilot, I abide by my company's values and procedures. I represent my employer with pride and a positive attitude. I value punctuality and have excellent time management skills. I am considered an excellent communicator, as I make sure to coordinate with crew members as clearly and efficiently as possible. A professional pilot, above all, I possess a safety mindset and exude this mindset to those I lead. I set an example for others with my positive attitude. I am knowledgeable and an ongoing learner who is resourceful and willing to train and develop others. I do this because I recognize that my success is a collective of my teams' success."
