I understand that the airline industry is full of sudden changes and that I would always need to be ready to stay on the job longer due to flight or weather changes, or that my supervisor may ask me to come into work earlier than usual. This is a requirement that I am very aware of and can shift my priorities to make it work. I would adapt to the situation fast and maintain a positive attitude.

Rachelle's Feedback
Wonderful response that showcases your flexibility and full understanding of the job expectations.

The airline industry is full of sudden changes like schedule disruptions from weather or an aircraft going AOG somewhere in the network throwing off the initial maintenance planning requirements. These changes affect everyone's schedule when it happens and keeping an open line of communication with all stakeholders involved is key to successfully navigating these changes. I always roll with the punches and understand that I need to respond positively and swiftly when sudden changes are made.
