I bring many skills with me as an individual that will make me an exemplary first officer. First and foremost, I possess a safety-first mindset, and I am super observant. I notice things that many people oversee. I focus on the details that will ensure that I am getting the job done right. Second, I am super calm and organized. I am not easily agitated or anxious. In God forbid, in an emergency situation, I can remain calm and collected, follow safety procedures correctly, and keep those around me in a calm state if they are panicking. This skill also helps me make the right decisions at the right time. I am a natural leader with strong interpersonal skills. My observational skills help me identify the strengths of others and delegate tasks accordingly. I take pride in the collective success and the achievements of others, which gives me coaching capabilities; I believe in delivering excellence. I have a proven record of customer satisfaction. Working as a flight instructor gave me countless opportunities to work in the cockpit with different personalities and practice approaching them each differently so we can work together successfully. Flight instruction has also given me extensive training on drills. I am a believer that people are forever learners, and I have a constant self-improvement mentality. For your company, this means I will jump on opportunities to learn, coach, and grow, and I accept feedback for improvement as opportunities for growth. Above all, I have a positive attitude and believe that there is always a solution to a problem, flying is my dream career, so I will be doing it with passion and with positive energy.
