"I have learned so much from the global experiences I've had so far. One of the biggest learnings I have had is that words mean different things to different people. It is a good idea not to use expressions or slang terms when working with people in other countries because the translation doesn't come through. I try to speak slowly, clearly, and use simple words to make sure we are understanding one another."
